Your subscription grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the PermittedStays database for your own internal business purposes. Access credentials are for your organization only and may not be shared outside it.
You may not resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute the data — in whole or in part — to any third party, nor use it to build a competing dataset or product. Exports are for your organization's internal use and are metered accordingly.
The underlying records are compiled from public government sources and refreshed periodically. We make no warranty that any record is complete, current, or error-free. The data is provided "as is."
You are solely responsible for using the data lawfully, including compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call rules, and any other applicable marketing, privacy, and communications laws. You are responsible for honoring opt-outs and maintaining your own suppression lists. This is not a consumer report and may not be used for any credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or housing eligibility decision.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including credential sharing or redistribution. On termination your license to the data ends and you must stop using it.
Fresh Doors Fast Track is $1,497 per month, or $14,970 per year paid in advance. Exclusive Market License is $2,997 per month with a 12-month term. Founding Member is $997 per month, limited to 10 seats statewide, and the price is locked for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption. All prices are in US dollars and are billed through Stripe.
Your second monthly charge is not billed until you tell us you have signed your first new management agreement using the service, or 60 days after your start date, whichever comes first. The first month is charged at signup.
Each market has three seats. An Exclusive Market License takes all three for its term. Seats are assigned to one company in one named market and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred. If a market is full, we will tell you and offer a waitlist.
We only sell a market whose trailing 30-day count of newly permitted, owner-direct owners is at least 15. If a market falls under that level after you buy, the Fresh 15 Guarantee below applies during your first 30 days; after that, we will tell you and you may switch markets at no charge if a seat is open.
If fewer than 15 newly permitted, owner-direct owners land in your market during your first 30 days, we refund every dollar you paid. We measure this from the Florida DBPR license feed as shown in your Monday lists. To claim it, email justin@findpermittedstays.com within 10 days after your first 30 days end.
If you do not sign at least three new owner-direct management agreements in your first 90 days, we keep providing the service to you at no charge until you do. This applies if you worked each Monday list within 48 hours, used the Playbook call script (and the email sequence where you had an email), logged your outcomes in the outcome log, and attended your launch call. We may ask to see the outcome log. This guarantee extends service; it is not a refund.
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from Stripe or by emailing justin@findpermittedstays.com; access continues to the end of the paid month and nothing further is charged. Annual plans are prepaid and not refundable after the first 30 days. Exclusive Market Licenses run for their full 12-month term. When a subscription ends, the seat is released.
Lists are compiled from Florida public records (DBPR licenses, Sunbiz filings) plus our own contact grading. Phone numbers are the numbers on the public record, graded by how likely they reach the owner; they are not verified by calling. We do not supply owner email addresses today. Counts on the offer page are computed from the feed and change daily.
The lists are licensed to you for your own outreach to the owners on them. You may not resell, share, publish, or bulk-transfer them. You are responsible for complying with the TCPA, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Do-Not-Call rules, and CAN-SPAM in your outreach.
If a number or owner is wrong, tell us — reply to your Monday email with the license number. We fix the record for everyone.
